  • Take one Kharai and add half Pona cup of ghee .
  • Add ghee and finely chopped onion.

Ingredients:


Bhindi 1kg
Onion 7medium
Oil/Ghee 1cup
Tomato 4medium
Salt 1.25tsp
Red Chile, 1.5 tsp.
Cumin 1tsp
Turmeric 1/2tsp
Dahi 1/2cup

When you are going to fry online its should be soft and seem to be transparent . When its look like that then you Have to add 1 kilo piece of cut bhindi .  Try to cut BHINDI piece of 1 inch Shape.  After that we will add this bhindi in the frypen. 

Now We are going to fry both onion and bhindhi. After that bhindi will be soft and stay in frypen.

  • Now we will keep the bhindi out in a separate bowl.
  • Now, if you have ghee on fried pan, we will add 1 tablespoon of ginger or garlic.
  • Now we will fry at least 1 to 2 minute .
  • When the ginger or garlic is roasted, add your 4 chopped tomatoes.
  • After adding the tomatoes, cover the pan from above.
  • When the tomatoes become soft, they will become a good gravy.
  • Now we will add some spices in it. Salt should be taken in excess of 1 teaspoon. Add one and a half teaspoons of red chillies.
  • Add 4 chopped chillies along with these spices.
  • Now cook them well and prepare the masala. When the masala is cooked, then add half a cup of dhi.
  • It will be slightly sour and its gravy will also be good. Cook the masala with Dhi well.
  • After that you add 1 tablespoon of cumin powder.
  • This will make the aromas good. Now cook this masala further.
  • The spices are cooked well. After that masala will start to Leaving oil. 
  • After that we will add the fried okra.
  • Now mix them and keep them on low heat for 10 minutes.
  • Let all these flavors mix.
