Breakfast: 1 grapefruit, a portion of salad prepared from 2-3 large raw carrots grated, a little lemon juice, a pinch of cinnamon and a teaspoon of honey.
Lunch: a portion of carrot salad as for breakfast and 1 grapefruit.
Dinner: 1 grapefruit and a portion of carrot salad as for breakfast and lunch

Breakfast: 1 grapefruit, 500 ml of citrus juice.
Lunch: 1 grapefruit, 500 ml of citrus juice.

Saturday - lose 10 kg in 7 days
Breakfast: 1 large boiled carrot, a hard-boiled egg, a slice of black bread.
Lunch: 2 large grated carrots, a hard-boiled egg, a slice of black bread.
Dinner: 1 large boiled carrot, a hard-boiled egg, a slice of black bread.
Sunday - lose 10 kg in 7 days
Breakfast: 1 large raw carrot, 1 grapefruit and 500 ml carrot juice.
